A Jungian Journey to the Creative Self
Take an immersive journey into the world of Jungian psychology and discover its applications to creativity. Through the dual lenses of contemporary culture and personal life review, we will explore Jung's archetypes, the Hero's and Heroine's Journey, and the transformative power of dreams and spontaneous art. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises and learn the innovative Dream Art Journal(tm) process to unlock deeper layers of self-awareness and creativity. Participants are encouraged to explore the materials through personal reflection, expressive arts, and storytelling. Introverts and Extroverts are both welcome. This course is intended to be an introduction to contemporary Jungian thought, for personal enrichment.
